Internship - Property & Facility Administrative Controller

RINA is currently recruiting for a Internship - Property & Facility Administrative Controller to join its office in Genova, Italy within the Global Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission

Support to the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in reporting and cost monitoring activities

Key Accountabilities

Support the Global Planning Facility & Energy Efficiency Management team in the planning and monitoring activities of Property & Facility projects. In particular, the resource will investigate the projects' economic, control and cost progress aspects with constant dialogue with other group functions such as Property&Facility, Management Control, Business functions, etc.

Qualification:

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular reference to the Excel application;
• Ability to work in a team and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent organizational and management skills;
• Attention to detail and precision;
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills;
• Enthusiasm, curiosity and ability to collaborate;

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
