Software Tester

TXT E-TECH, part of TXT Group, is looking for a Software tester that will take care of products and infrastructure developed for our customers in Training and Simulation division at the headquarters in Cologno Monzese (MI).

You will be placed in a team and will manage the testing processes of the software project, provide feedback and detailed reports to the development team and support the Technical Leader in defining requirements and test procedures.

Main responsibilities:

• Active identification of requirements and production of related test procedures;
• Execution of previously written test batteries, both manual and software-assisted;
• Production of reports and feedback to the development team.
  
  
  

Technical skills required:

• Basic knowledge of the aeronautical/aerospace domain and of the main concepts;
• Knowledge and experience of the main Operating Systems;
• Knowledge of the Office suite;
• Ability to interface with a technical team of developers and understand specific language and terminology;
• Proficiency in English.
  
  
  

Optional skills:

• Programming experience (C++, C#, Javascript or similar);
• Document management experience with LaTeX;
• Experience or knowledge of Azure DevOps or Jira
  
  
  

Required education: Computer Science Diploma, Degree in Aeronautical Engineer, Aerospace Engineer, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
