Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy in the territories assigned following the company's goals and market opportunities.
  • Identify and evaluate new market prospects and the potential for market growth.
  • Lead and manage the export sales segment to achieve and exceed sales targets in the territories assigned.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners/offices.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to international markets.
  • Report on sales progress and forecast to the Sales Director with detailed analytics and insight.
  • Offer tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of international clients.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation on International's product range and services.


The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record in a senior sales role within the industrial automation or related sector;
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset;
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic business environments;
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, trade shows, and sales meetings;
  • Deep understanding of international trade and export processes;
