Stakeholders expectation and needs management

Full procurement cycle for locally managed categories and deep understanding in:

• Stakeholder engagement and category spend analysis;
• Market analysis;
• Sourcing strategy development within commodity management;
• Analysis of quotations and awarding criteria;
• Contract end to end process management;
• Change management
• Assessment and Claim management.

Basics in Finance and leadership in:

• Budgeting and monthly rolling estimate of BP during the year
• Reporting (BPMS: SLA’s and KBI’s for indirect categories)
• Monthly forecasting and Basics in Planning
• Maintaining master data, including catalogues and SAP contracts;
• Value creation
• Procure to Pay document process awareness.

Team management and development

• Onbaording plan development
• IDP plans development
• MBO setting and bonus criteria development
• Basics in coaching and mentoring
• Motivation and engagement plans build
• Situational leadership and feedback approaches

Project management

• Xfunctional coordination and Planning
• Risk assessment
• Delivering through other people
• Negotiating and Conflict management

Sustainability and innovation

• Support the introduction of new processes and systems.
• Cooperation with key stakeholders as per SLA.
• Ensure supplier’s Sustainability is assessed

Education

• Degree (Business Administration, Finance, or relevant)
• or MBA is an asset
• in the category or in procurement (CIPS preferred or other certification)
• English
• in at least one language of the business unit is an asset

Experience

• 6 years of experience working in Supply Chain
• experience in a cross-cultural environment and in a matrix organization preferable
• in SAP, other ERP system with focus on Supply Chain
• managed x- functional project
