SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT - TEMPORARY

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Social Media Support, for a 12 months temporary assignment, who will support the Social Media Team in the integration of the social strategy into De’Longhi Group brands and communications plans

Starting from specific business objectives and needs, digital and social trends, competitor and market analysis, the Social MediaSupport will:

• Co-design and supervises social media plans across various social channels;


• Check the implementation of the social media guidelines and workflow in the different markets, working closely to the local teams;


• Supports the local teams in setting up activities (platform setup), designing (assessment) and delivering social media activities;


• Manage international social media campaigns, from research to implementation and monitoring;


• Measure success of different campaigns, analysing the KPIs;


• Use the tools to monitor the different areas of social: earned, owned and paid;


• Keep an eye to Emerging Creators and Trends on TikTok;


• Cooperate with the Brand Communication teams for the asset and content production for Social Media;


• Interact with the Social Media partners, agencies and suppliers


• Identify KPI sets for recurring analysis of the performance;


• Analyse social and influencers campaigns, sharing findings in an ongoing manner;


• Collect metrics, results and best cases to share among the local digital teams;


• Organize and runs regular social media meetings with local teams;


• Develop presentations and reports.

Job Profile

• Social Media or Content Marketing or Influencer Marketing background;


• 1-2 years of proven experience in social media;


• Experience/excited to work in a fast-paced environment;


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;


• Good analytics skills;


• Knowledge of the social media platforms (META and TikTok above all);


• Strong Interest and awareness of new and emerging social media platforms, trend and tools;


• Team player;


• Fluent in English.
