National Account Manager - Vertical Retail

To lead/support key VGE accounts in Italy with the main objectives of meeting financial targets and customer satisfaction.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Drive accelerated revenue growth & acquire new business by identifying potential markets for new and existing products and services in accounts;
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other sales force, vendors and others;
- Directs strategic national account planning, account development and leadership of the nominated Vodafone Global Enterprise accounts;
- Develop & maintain C-level relationships with key accounts;
- Timely & accurate revenue & new business value forecasting.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Proven track record in successfully acquiring new business including solution sales within large, MNCs;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Proven track record of ability to manage stakeholders in a matrixed organization;
- Team building and collaborative approach.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or similar an advantage;
- Sales experience in ICT industry preferred (minimum of 5 years);
- Experience in managing large multi-national accounts across multiple functions and decision makers, including C-level relationships.
